Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on thebullockcart.com, operated by Rashmi Essentials, and is applicable only for customers residing in India.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unwanted product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a request, please email us at rashmi.essentials@gmail.com. Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 72 working hours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

When to Contact Us

You may contact us for:

  • Returning unwanted items
  • Reporting damaged or defective products
  • Reporting missing items from your order
  • Requesting exchange of faulty products

Important:

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos and the product code/serial number (usually at the base) are mandatory

Refund Policy

For Unwanted Items:

  • Refund will be processed only for the product value (excluding shipping charges)
  • Partial returns will be refunded only for the returned item(s)
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the product

For Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Eligible for replacement or refund, based on inspection
  • Resolution may take up to 7 business days after receiving the product

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • Refund approval/rejection will be notified
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days

COD Orders Refund

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer only
  • Please share the following details via email:
    • Account Holder Name

    • Bank Account Number

    • IFSC Code

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your card provider/bank (processing delays may occur)

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, email us at rashmi.essentials@gmail.com with product details.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation
  • COD orders require telephonic confirmation before processing
  • Delivery timelines may vary by product

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Product Usage & Warranty

  • Products are subject to manufacturer warranty terms, if applicable
  • We are not responsible for improper use of products

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Full refund will be provided if the order is cancelled before dispatch

After Shipping:

  • Cancellation requests can still be made before delivery
  • Cancellation or return shipping charges may apply
